Text messaging (SMS) consent
Oklahoma Flight Academy, LLC asks for your permission before sending you any text message. Consent is collected on our opt-in form, where both checkboxes below appear unchecked by default. Both are optional — you can submit the form and hear from us without agreeing to either, and consent is never a condition of purchase.
We send two message types: promotional and marketing messages (training programs, offers, and updates) and transactional and informational messages (appointment reminders, lesson scheduling, account alerts, and replies to your inquiry). You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. If a flight student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and consent on the student's behalf.

Opt in to text messages
This is the form Oklahoma Flight Academy uses to collect text-message consent. Both checkboxes are optional and neither is checked in advance — you can submit without either one.
Where consent is collected
Our opt-in form lives at ofa.startflying.co/txt. The form on our home page asks a short series of questions about your flight-training goals and then sends you to that page, where you give your name, email, and phone number. The two consent checkboxes described above appear there, directly beneath the phone field, each unchecked.
We only send text messages to a phone number whose owner checked the relevant box. If you check neither, we will contact you by email or phone instead.

Flight training itself is open to students under 18. If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and give consent on the student's behalf — we do not send text messages to a number belonging to a minor.
